4/ How long will it take for me to receive my order? (only in Hungary)
If your order reaches us by 12:00,
- with courier service, it can be at your place the next day
-Posta Point / parcel machine 1-2 days
-FoxPost / Packeta 1-3 days
"Immediate" delivery is possible, but we can only provide this within the administrative boundaries of Budapest:
- place your order by 2 pm!
- if we have confirmed your order, we will deliver the product between 2 and 5 p.m. to the delivery address you provided. (This is an additional service, so you can find its price here)
- if you want to pay on delivery, please be prepared with cash, because the supplier does not have a card terminal.
5/ Are the products that can be purchased on the site safe?
Of course YES, as all products have an OÉTI/OGYÉI number.
6/ Do the products have side effects?
The products available in our online store www.potenciamarket.hu contain natural ingredients, so there is no need to expect side effects. However, those who are more sensitive may experience slight facial redness, slight nasal congestion, etc. therefore, before purchasing, it is worth consulting with your doctor and making sure that you are not allergic to any of the active ingredients of the products.
7/ How do I know if a product can be purchased in the store?

"YOU CAN BUY IT IMMEDIATELY IN OUR STORE!"
8/ I can't add the product to the cart... why is this?
In that case, the product is not in stock and we cannot purchase it. However, due to SEO considerations, we have to leave it out on the page.
9/ What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

10 / What payment methods are available?
- Secure credit card payment via BARION ---> FREE
IMPORTANT information: our online store does not store or recognize your bank card data, we only transmit it to the financial service provider, so you can be sure that your card data is safe!
- Cash on delivery ---> if you ship with any carrier and pay with them (also in the case of parcel machines), we are forced to charge a "cash on delivery fee".

12 / Can the products you can buy in the store be used while taking medication?
If you regularly take medication, be sure to consult your doctor before using our products, and only start taking/using them if the doctor recommends it!
13 / How long can the products be used?
In the case of capsules and tablets, the expiration date is indicated on the box. In the case of creams, gels and sprays, they can be used safely for 12 months after opening.
14 / Do I need to refrigerate or protect the preparations in some other way?
It is not necessary to refrigerate, however, it is advisable to store the product in a dry, cool and light-free place and definitely in a place where children cannot access it.
15 / These preparations supporting sexual health are equivalent to medicine!
In short: NO! Our products are dietary supplements that neither prevent nor cure diseases! The product descriptions only assume the effects!
16 / If I want to order a parcel machine, why do I need to enter my data?
The condition for issuing the invoice is the presence of name, address, etc., so we ask for it in such cases as well.
17 / What happens if I don't pick up the package?
Placing the order entails a payment obligation, which you accept at the same time as placing the order. If you do not accept the package despite this, it is considered a serious breach of contract. In this case, we consider you a "bad customer", so next time we will only deliver your order paid in advance by credit card. Your unpaid order will be canceled in any case!
18 / How do I get the invoice?
Our company will send the invoice to the e-mail address you provided when ordering, so we (IS) ask you to enter your details carefully and accurately!
